1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the aiwaBots website and engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. aiwaBots provides professional IT consulting, system integration, and management services for the WhatsApp Business Platform.
2. Scope of Services
aiwaBots operates as an implementation partner, not a self-serve SaaS provider. We deliver onboarding support, template management, chatbot routing, and backend integrations. All project scopes, timelines, and fees are defined in custom Statements of Work (SOW) for each client.
3. Meta & WhatsApp Policy Compliance
Clients must strictly adhere to the WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. Meta reserves the right to suspend or ban numbers that violate their terms (e.g., sending unsolicited spam or promoting prohibited products). While aiwaBots designs solutions with compliance in mind, we cannot override or reverse Meta's enforcement actions.
4. Limitation of Liability
aiwaBots shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from API downtime, third-party infrastructure outages, or changes to WhatsApp's pricing and service structure.
