Platform Verification (KYC)

Meta requires all enterprises to pass strict verification to access the API. We manage this for you.

1. Meta Business Verification

To access the Official WhatsApp Business API and utilize higher messaging limits, businesses must undergo a verification process via Meta Business Manager. Our team provides consultative support to guide your enterprise through this required onboarding step.

2. Required Documentation

Meta typically requires an official Business License, Certificate of Incorporation, or a recent utility bill. These documents must exactly match the legal entity name and address registered in your Business Manager. A functional company website domain is also required.

3. Official Business Account (Green Tick)

Securing an Official Business Account (OBA), denoted by a green tick next to your profile name, is subject to Meta's discretionary review. While we assist in preparing and submitting the application, we cannot guarantee OBA approval, as Meta prioritizes highly searched and notable brands.

4. Display Name Guidelines

Your WhatsApp display name must clearly represent your business and adhere to Meta's formatting rules (e.g., no unnecessary capitalization or URLs). We assist in ensuring your display name meets these criteria during the approval process.
